Safety, ease of use and have been the at the forefront of the planning and development of Forestview Farm and we are now one of the leading Thoroughbred properties in the South West.
Set up with 37 paddocks of various sizes from small turn out and foaling paddocks to lush five acre paddocks, most are tree lined offering shade during summer and wind protection during winter.
Horses thrive here at Forestview farm and we firmly believe that our meticulous attention to detail combined with multiple decades of passion for horses is what has made our farm and horses so successful.
We believe each horse is different and should be treated accordingly. With so much research being done into horse health and welfare we believe in our own education and applying this to the everyday care and management of the horses on our farm.
We believe the most important part of horse management is feeding. We feed according to our pasture, the season the age and stage of the horse with a stong focus on high roughage for gut health.
We treat our horses with respect and as the elite athletes they are or will grow up to be. We manage our mares with great detail as we believe success starts before conception.
Our focus has been on education from birth and this continues right through weaning, into yearling prep and then beyond. Our process speaks for itself.
